This is not surface-level coaching. I work at the intersection of performance, purpose, and presence — helping leaders become more intentional, resilient, and emotionally intelligent.

What makes my approach different is its psychological and relational depth. With a background in psychotherapy and two decades in senior talent and leadership roles, I bring a nuanced understanding of both human dynamics and organisational systems. My coaching integrates:

How It Works

Coaching engagements are always co-designed around your needs and context. A typical program includes:

  • One-to-one 2 hour sessions (in person or virtual)
  • Duration: 6–9 months (flexible based on scope)
  • Optional stakeholder input and psychometrics (360 feedback, Hogan leadership assessment )
  • Ongoing reflective practices between sessions
  • Access to check-ins and support as needed

I work with a limited number of executive clients at a time to ensure depth, presence, and a truly bespoke partnership.
