Executive Coaching & Organisational Development Supervision

A space to deepen your practice, reconnect to your purpose, and grow who you are; not just what you do.

What is involved

Who This Is For

For coaches, internal practitioners, team coaches, and OD consultants who want
more than just oversight ; who want a space to reflect, re-source, and renew.
I work with:
- Executive and leadership coaches looking to sustain depth and impact
- Team coaches and systems practitioners holding complexity and dynamics
- In-house coaches and HR professionals who need a space of their own
- Supervisors and facilitators navigating ethical dilemmas or edge work
- Coaches-in-training seeking robust, reflective supervision
Whether you're newly qualified or deeply experienced, I offer a space where you can bring the whole of your practice — including what’s unfinished, uncertain, or unfolding.

What I Offer

My supervision is rooted in relational, psychologically aware practice grounded in
understanding the dynamics of self, other, and system.
This is not just “is your work OK?” supervision. It’s a space for:
- Reflexivity: bringing awareness to how you show up and why
- Resourcing: reconnecting to your own energy, values, and practice
- Inquiry: surfacing dynamics in the coach–client–organisation system
- Ethics: holding boundaries and integrity with care and courage
- Development: expanding your capacity as a coach, person, and professional
I hold a safe space for you to bring your uncertainties, missteps, edge moments and
be met with respect, challenge, and insight.

How It Works

I offer both 1:1 and group supervision, online or in person. Options include:
- Monthly or bi-monthly 1:1 supervision for individuals or internal coaches

- Closed supervision groups (3–6 participants) offering shared learning and
depth
- Themed reflective practice spaces (e.g. for coaches working in tech, or
trauma-informed work)
- Bespoke in-house supervision for coaching pools or HR teams
- Supervisor support and meta-supervision
I work integratively, drawing on Hawkins & Shohet’s 7-Eyed Model, relational and
psychodynamic theory, gestalt, and adult development frameworks.

What Clients Say

Supervisees describe our work as:
- “A place where I can be fully honest without fear”
- “Thoughtful, rigorous, and restorative”
- “Supervision that challenges me lovingly and grows me professionally”
- “Space to connect dots I didn’t know were there — in me and my work”
- “Not just supervision — supervision with soul”
Supervision is a professional practice. But it’s also a human one.
