How It Works

Team coaching is always bespoke, but a typical engagement might include:
- Initial team diagnostic (interviews, surveys, observations)
- A series of facilitated workshops or coaching intensives (virtual or in-person)
- Ongoing touchpoints to embed new ways of working
- Leader 1:1 coaching to support role modelling and mindset shifts

- Integration of team development frameworks (e.g. psychological safety,
Tuckman, Lencioni, Clutterbuck etc.)

Programs typically run over 6 months and focus on both 'how we are together'; and
'what we’re here to do.'
